The IT Team has two main functions in the Faculty:
to provide IT Support for Staff and PhD Students.
It is understood that other students should contact their college in the first instance, or have a look on this site for the answer.
to plan, design, develop, implement and support computerised information systems in accordance with the needs and priorities of the Faculty and users.
Our opening times and contact details are as follows:

If you have an IT problem or question, we would prefer that you email the Helpdesk (see above) in the first instance. You will receive an immediate email response from our Help-Desk system giving your query a unique tracking number. Please quote this reference when contacting the IT Team. Please remember to include as much information as possible, including things you may have tried and as with all IT problems..... please try a reboot first (especially PWF machines!!)
